The Sharkskin Heavy Duty Watersports Glove has a 2 layer amara palm and extra reinforcing on the inside of the thumb and over the top of the forefinger. Perfect for handling ropes, intense jigging for fish, and other water sports activities where you want extra protection from abrasion as well as the cold.

    Stood up to an 18th century beating.

    I recently spent a week working on an 18th century tallship and these gloves were amazing.

    Working with heavy coarse hemp and other fibre lines, climbing tarred rigging, or even helming the ship were a breeze.

    No chaffing or rope burn, comfortable fit, good padding on the palm where it's needed, great grip, and definitely kept the chill away while on watch. I'd highly recommend these gloves.

    Watersports HD gloves

    Good and comfortable fit. I used these specifically for kayaking. Have used other gloves, but found they wear between Thumb and pointer finger.

    Perfect for canyoning

    Loved these gloves for canyoning, the wetsuit material kept my hands warm, the three fingerless tops were great for setting up abseils and the thicker palms of the gloves kept the heat off my hands while rappelling. Well done Sharskin!!
