Warranties: Authentic Sharkskin^™ garments come with a 2-year guarantee on workmanship, (excludes fading and degeneration as a result of excessive exposure to chlorine or sunlight).

Warranty claims must be submitted by emailing Sharkskin directly at support@sharkskinusa.com for warranty appraisal.

Please include as much information as you can and upload supporting photographs to assist in processing your claim. Once we receive your email we will let you know the status of your warranty claim and if we need any further information or if we need the item(s) returned to us for further inspection.

Conditions: The following conditions apply for orders purchased directly from Sharkskin –

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• We recommend sending returns via ‘registered’ or ‘tracked’ shipping as we do not accept responsibility for lost items
