How to Make a Return
You can return most items for exchange, credit or refund so long as it is received back by us within 30 days of your order, in its original condition and with tags attached. Items marked "Close Out" are final sale onlye. Click here for full terms & conditions.
You will need your order number and delivery ZIP code to start the process.
You will get a choice to exchange for a different size / color, exchange for a different item and pay or be refunded the difference, or get a complete refund. (Note that refunds are not available for Close Out or Seconds items)
You will have the option to return your item using a prepaid label or using your own carrier.
Please make sure you return your SHARKSKIN item in its original condition with the product label still attached. We do NOT pay for return shipping. We DO pay for shipping of any size exchange items after your return.
