How to Make a Return

Most items can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund as long as they’re sent back within 30 days of your order, in original condition with the tags still attached. Items marked “Close Out” or “Seconds” can be exchanged or returned for credit, but they aren’t refundable. You can review our full terms & conditions here.

You’ll just need your order number and delivery ZIP code to get started. Once you’re in the portal, you can choose to exchange your item for a different size or color, swap it for something else and pay or be refunded the difference, or request a refund (unless it’s a Close Out or Seconds item).

When it comes to shipping, you can either use a Sharkskin return label or your own carrier. Our labels are set up for USPS Ground Advantage. If one is used on Priority packaging, USPS will automatically upgrade the service and charge extra. Any additional postage may be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange balance.Please remember that return shipping is your responsibility. We’ll cover the cost of sending your exchange item back out to you.
